Mô tả công việc
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Overall management of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP works on-site to ensure alignment with the master schedule, quality requirements, and budget.
- Review and approve MEP designs, shop drawings, technical submittals, material selections, and installation methods.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Lead meetings with MEP subcontractors, consultants, and the client regarding technical issues, progress, and problem resolution.
- Supervise MEP testing & commissioning works and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
- Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance, progress reports, and quality control compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and environmental regulations across MEP operations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to the MEP team (engineers, supervisors, QA/QC).
- Work with commercial and procurement teams on contract review, material procurement, and cost control.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements:
- Male, At least 10 years of experience in MEP construction, with 5 years in a managerial role in high-rise or large-scale commercial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, water supply, drainage, and low voltage systems.
- Strong experience in reviewing designs, value engineering, and resolving MEP clashes using BIM (preferred).
- Solid understanding of international standards and codes: NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, TCVN, etc.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and preferably Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM software.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong written and spoken English (mandatory in international projects).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
