We are seeking candidates with a background in Architecture, Structural, Civil, or HVAC/MEP disciplines, and intermediate-level experience gained through professional work or placements. You hold a diploma and/or degree relevant to your field.
You demonstrate a strong interest in digital technologies and BIM, with the ability to adapt digital solutions to real-world project environments. A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate and share knowledge are essential.
This role is suited to individuals aspiring to develop into a Digital Coordinator, offering a clear pathway for long-term career growth in a dynamic and technically challenging environment.

MEP Modellers (SAN & ELT Specializations Only)
We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented professionals for the following roles:
MEP Modeller - SAN (Sanitary)
MEP Modeller - ELT (Electrical)
Applicants must have demonstrated experience in their respective discipline (Sanitary or Electrical systems) within BIM-based project environments.

Salary Range
USD $400 - $1,150 per month, commensurate with experience, technical capability, and disciplines (SAN or ELT).
