Mô tả công việc
• Manage orders, procedures, and work processes
• Control development sample plan according to timeline/ season
• Ensure export sample plan and quality sample to customer
• Control the communication between the factory and customers: development, change information, complaint information
• Control of product price
• Plan training, conduct training, and evaluate training results for the whole department
• Optimize recruitment operations at recruitment plan, direction, and development
• Manage human resources in the department to arrange positions, develop personnel
• Control sourcing
• Maintain a database of costs & customers information on prices
• Evaluate production performance and make sure to comply with Customer's requirements.
Yêu cầu
• Male/Female; Age: 30-45 years old
• Degree in business administration, economics, marketing, and international relations.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Merchandise manager
• Good English skills: Listening, speaking, reading, writing
• Proficient in office
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
