Business Strategy & Growth (40%)
Develop annual business plans and deliver P&L targets for merchandise.
Collaborate with content production, social & marketing teams, and artist partners to ideate and launch product collections leveraging IPs.
Channel Development & Distribution (30%)
Define pricing, marketing, and promotional strategies for merchandise.
Build and optimize multi-channel distribution systems (website, e-commerce, retail/merch stores).
Oversee fulfillment including packaging, delivery, and customer service.
Process & Partnership Optimization (20%)
Establish supplier and production partner network to ensure quality, cost, and timelines.
Create efficient workflows with internal teams (production, marcom, social, talent, sales).
Team Leadership (10%)
Build, manage, and develop the merchandise team to meet growth objectives.
Yêu cầu
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
7-10 years of experience in sales/commercial roles, ideally in FMCG, retail, or IP-based businesses.
Proven track record in brand development, e-commerce, or retail business management.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of IP rights, character licensing, and brand commercialization.
Expertise in consumer data-driven product development.
Familiarity with e-commerce policies and omni-channel retail models.
Soft Skills
Strategic planning and data analysis.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Other Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
