Detailed job description:
- Meeting with Customers to get demand, survey market for relevant demands & consult Customer for the best selection.
- Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to constantly strive for best pricing and maintaining highest level of quality and service for POSM, Packaging, Promotion gift.
- Negotiate for volume purchase discount and ensure continuous cost reduction from vendors.
- Proceed & follow PO from Customer -> PO to Supplier  delivery  GR done.
- Solve problem with both Customers & Suppliers for issues involved.
- Regularly review the performance of the suppliers to drive improvements in cost, quality, delivery and service
- Educate & enforce system using for new suppliers
- Perform other jobs related duties as and when requested by superior.
- Manage all purchase activities to ensure efficiency of purchase team in charge.
- Develop sourcing plan & strategy.
- Verify & approve proposals & supplier selection of purchasers
- Strengthen supplier relationship to secure terms that meet company's best interest

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor graduation in Purchasing, Business Administration, etc.
- Have working experience in Sourcing & Purchasing, sale of POSM, Packaging, Promotion Gift
- Experience: at least 2 years working at similar position.
- Experienced e-Commerce business area is preferred
- Good communication English
- Good Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power point... and Internet
- Flexible, active, creative, careful and professional person

- Strong leadership, coaching and counseling skills.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
