Mô tả công việc
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from the beginning of orders to post-sale.
Collaborate with customers throughout the entire sample process until sample approval.
Review approved samples to coordinate material orders with the
purchasing department.
Follow up with each department on pending materials to avoid delays in ordering.
Analyze the Bill of Materials (BOM), calculate material requirements, and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.
