Merchandiser (Temporary 6 Months)

• Manage orders from Materials ETA until shipment.
• Work with all departments from Sourcing, QA, QC, Logistics, and ensure everything is aligned to avoid delays in production and shipment.
• Follow up all Trim cards, materials needed for PPS and SO submission and ensure garment suppliers will ship on time to avoid delay in submission of PPS and SO.
• Follow up TD, Fit samples from RU / Sourcing and QA and ensure to receive on or before the deadline date.
• Create sample request in system.
• Follow up PPS approval /comments from QA.
• Prepare all approved PPS, SO and send to supplier.
• Work closely with suppliers regarding the production planning to ensure to ship the order on time.
• Update PLM, Amber Road (AR) and other reports.
• Coordinate with QC if there is any fabric and garment quality issue to avoid FCR delay.
• Send request to RU for PO issuance.
• Visit the garment supplier from time to time to review the production schedule.
• Update final shipped quantity for payment request.
• Review QR scanning status prior shipment.
• Issue Claim to supplier.
• Another task assigned by immediate supervisor/ manager.
• Able to travel constantly within Vietnam area.
