A. Job Responsibilities
1. Merchandise Strategy
• Develop and manage merchandise strategy by season/collection (assortment,
pricing, quantity)
• Analyze sales, sell-through, and inventory to optimize product assortment
• Monitor product performance (best sellers / slow movers) and propose actions
(reorder, markdown)
• Manage stock allocation across stores/channels
• Provide product training to store teams
2. Logistics & Operations
• Track order progress from production to store warehouse arrival
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure timelines
• Control logistics documents (Invoice, PL, BL, etc.) and coordinate with
accounting/customs
• Handle issues such as delays, shortages, or damaged goods
• Ensure timely product launch and business readiness
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 3-5 years of experience in Merchandising / Logistics / Supply Chain
• Mandatory background in fashion/retail
• Advanced Excel skills (analysis & forecasting)
• Good English (Chinese is a plus)
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
• Willing to business travel frequently
