'Implement Private Brand business plan & ensure plan remains on track, which meet the annual plan of sales and profit contribution
Responsibility of "the target of Sales", Margin, Later Income, Old Stock, Potential Old Stock, Turn-over day, Stock Day's, Private Brand Share, Core Customer Share, Stock Correction & Availability.
Research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer's needs and product/range opportunities.
Develop a range assortment that delivers Competitive Advantage in the Vietnamese Market.
Full responsibility in the development and implementation of Private Brand Strategy within the Category.
Ensure every product and range is launched successfully
Ensure product has aligned with Price strategy. Pricing is competitive vs competitor brands
Ensure to have effective cost.
Ensure the products have effective approach customer.
Create packaging to make brand identification.
Ensure the products have an engaging and consistent design.
Ensure all products meet the quality needs required by Topvalu to ensure customer experience is met
Identify with Supply Chain the most effective/cost efficient means of delivering product to the store. Follow the designated Import process.
Maintain effective internal communications channel particularly with other Merchandise team (National brand and PB Brand), operations, sales & marketing, logistic and other functions within the organization
Ensure all products comply with vietnamese law
Supplier Management:
Build and maintain excellent relationship and network with suppliers
Ensure suppliers have the capality and capacity to provide product in with agree time scales and quality standards
Ensure all aspects of supplier performance is properly and affectively assessed and managed, taking appropriate remedial action where necessary
Coordinate with supplier management department for relevant matters.
Other Duties:
Any necessary task that is deemed important from time to time.

Qualification and Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
2. At least 3-year experience in retail with the same category.
3. Experience in Quality assurance & Quality control.
Preferred skills:
1. Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral).
2. Computer literacy: word, excel, power point
3. Acknowledge of the relevant laws and regulations
4. Good communication, coordinating with other persons, departments to complete a job
5. Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư ngày 25/05/2012 cho Trung tâm mua sắm AEON - Binh Dương Canary tại Tình Bình Dương, dự kiến khai trương tháng 10/2014.
