Job Description
Merchandising Manager (Handbag, ID 17345) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $2500/month salary + opportunities to grow!
Act as the liaison between management, customers, and internal teams, overseeing task allocation and operations.
Review team workloads, allocate tasks based on capacity, skills, and experience.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure smooth workflow.
Share management instructions and ensure adherence to company procedures.
Track product development calendars, securing timely sample approvals.
Cross-check product costing information and finalize details.
Coordinate with
Purchasing for timely material orders based on buyer timelines.
Ensure smooth production flow and timely shipments by monitoring material availability and production schedules.
Collaborate with production teams to review sample quality and confirm specifications.
Ensure accurate costing in sales contracts and finalize with management approval.
Develop and confirm shipment plans and schedules with buyers and teams.
Address delays proactively and ensure on-time shipment.
Monitor waste reduction and minimize leftover materials to control costs.
Lead cost-saving initiatives and resolve customer feedback issues.
Train and mentor team members on SOPs, product knowledge, and industry regulations.
Keep the team updated on import-export policies and regulations.
Ensure timely and accurate report completion and provide regular updates to management.
Requirement
Male/Female, 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Garment, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in Handbag Production.
Good at English
