Mô tả công việc
- Lead all sample development and production activities
- Build up good relationship with buyers and suppliers
- Manage good quality merchandising work internally and enhance team spirit across departments
- Development:
+ Manage the fabric / product / vendor development process in a timely manner (development sampling, initial costs, negotiation/ production & capacity planning to meets the design aesthetic as well as commercially acceptable quality standards)
+ Partner with mills/vendors and in house
designer to drive innovation initiatives and superior quality while resolving any fabric/product and quality issues pro actively
+ Onboard and train mills/factory and provide training along with supporting the evaluation process
+ Look for opportunities for continuous improvement in fabric/product/vendor development, process management and overall sourcing procedures Develop communication skills to exchange complex information
- Pre Production and Production:
+ Manage Raw Materials PO and stock control
+ Manage work planning with PPC/ sub contractor and production department for on time delivery
+ Work with QA team for risk assessment to manage buyers expectations
+ Monitoring the progress and quality of the work in the merchandising team
+ Manage customer's documentation
+ Manage buyers expectation
Yêu cầu
- College degree
- Having 10 years of experience as
Merchandiser in Garment Manufacturing
- Having working experience in brand or work closely with HQ is a strong plus
- Have strong ownership: high responsibility, high commitment & result-oriented
- Can work under pressure and tight timeline
- Ability to drive results through planning and prioritizing along with influencing others and providing recommendations & solutions
- Anticipate operational/ program issues and develops preventative measures
- Be a good team player among the management team who can work well and communicate effectively with all other departments
- High standard of written and spoken English is required
SALARY: From 30 to 45 millions VND
