- Project lead for mass production orders as per customer's requirement on quality-on-time.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements, anticipate issues and exceed their needs.
- Handle A-Z order management by working closely with internal teams and ensure effective and efficient pre & post sale service.
- Take initiative in workflow improvements in term of seamlessness and cost saving.
- Proactively handle internal communication for all the issues with existing orders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities as assigned by Manager.
- Potential to take lead a team of 2-3 Merchandiser members.
- Coach and develop team's competency to cope with business need.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related majors.
- 3 years minimum practical experience as Merchandising Team leader/ Supervisor in a manufacturing site.
- Skills to work independently and ambitious to lead others.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Good in multi-tasking and project managing.
- Highly organized and fast responding.
- "Can do" attitude and positive mindset.
- Comprehensive communication.
- Good command of English.
