In Brief:
We are looking for talented person who can operate independently with a can do attitude and strong background in quality controlling to help us ensure the high standard is presented in across Go Viet services and merchants.
Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks on accuracy of registered food merchants information by reviewing the listings on Go-Viet application then cross check with collected information from offline visits.
Investigate negative feedbacks from customers for drivers or merchants by keywords scanning, then give recommendations to resolve the issues.
Develop evaluation strategies & plans before any project to ensure all the requirements are met and the outcomes meet the guided standard in the shortest time.
Document all essential findings and follow up with respective teams until the all the corrections are being made.
Prepare reports to keep track the progress & KPIs.
Yêu cầu
BA/BS in any field
Minimum of 02+ years experience in quality control or customer service as team lead
Good communication and documentation skills
Be able to go outside checking on a bike on a daily basis
Good skill in Microsoft Office
Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment
Proficient in English is a plus
Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular
