ordering and delivery on demand and soon has become the leader in the market. Currently, [protected info] has
more than 50,000+ merchants and 12,000+ partners in Vietnam and will continue to grow strongly in the
future.
Job description:
• Develop guidelines and policies for our platform to better manage our merchants and provide a
conducive and fair environment for them to grow and thrive
• Build effective and dedicated channels to facilitate communication between platform and
merchants
• Handle merchant-related admin works such as contract
• Build and manage merchant management team

Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 2 years of experience working in a field related to merchant/user management - Holding
leadership positions in the past is strongly preferred
• Experience in e-commerce, O2O industry is a PLUS
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese plus strong interpersonal
skills
• Always adopt a logical and data-driven approach when tackling problems and handling tasks
• Highly creative, flexible and adaptable with good follow-through
• Able to work in a start-up environment with initiatives to find problems and solve them
