JOB SUMMARY
This technician will perform testing, measuring geometrical dimension for FAI sample, IQC, support for equipment installation and release, equipment monitoring and control; And take charge for troubleshooting for measuring equipment in Metrology Lab. Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform testing and measuring for FAI, IQC, investigate sample.
Control and monitoring all measuring equipment in metrology Lab.
Measuring sample to release new equipment (MSA).
Support for calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment.
Familiar with use of all kinds of office software (Word. Excel.)
Sample preparation for microstructure analysis, physical properties testing

REQUIREMENT
Mechanical college degree, technical college degree
Minimum 2 years experiences working in metrology lab, measuring equipment, Product drawing interpreted, quality control.
Experience in using measurement equipment (CMM, VMM, Gage, caliper, HRC, HV, UTM, color reader...).
Basic in statistical techniques including inspection techniques (7 QC tool, SPC).
Basic English communication, written.
Good attitude, agile, willing to learn, and early warning to prevent problem.
Teamwork, pro-active, and good mindset in safety.
Able to use some basic office software such as excel, outlook, for recording and reporting
