MID-SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (B2B)
As a BD Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of relationships with existing ones.
Job Description:
Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth;
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
Establish and nurture relationships with key direct clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives;
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve and manage efficiently and effectively clients' inquiries to ensure clients are happy with our services;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
Skills and Experience:
At least 2-3 year experiences in B2B as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role;
Good relationship with key direct clients in FMCG, Mom and Baby Care, Fashion and Beauty;
Experience in other media agency or publisher will be highly advantage;
Strong problem-solving skills, team work skills, and ability to work well under pressure;
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
Good English communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
