About the Role
- We are looking for an eCommerce Operations Specialist (Merchandising) to join a dedicated eCommerce Operations Centre of Excellence serving one of our key international clients - a multi-country enterprise online store platform built on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- In this role you will be the hands-on operator of the online store platform. You will receive and resolve operational tickets from business users across the region - setting up products, prices, promotions, and store content, and answering users' questions about how the system works - all within strict service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- eCommerce Operations: Set up and manage products, pricing, inventory, promotions, vouchers, and store content on eCommerce platforms.
- Ticket Management: Receive, analyze, and resolve operational requests and incidents via Jira, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Campaign & Product Launch Support: Configure promotional campaigns, support product launches, and ensure accurate, timely execution.
- User Support: Provide guidance and resolve inquiries from business users across multiple countries regarding platform features and operations.
- Quality Assurance: Verify configurations, support Business Validation Testing (BVT), and ensure operational accuracy before go-live.
- Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain operational procedures and documentation in Confluence; collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in eCommerce operations, online merchandising, marketplace operations, or application support.
- eCommerce Knowledge: Good understanding of product management, pricing, promotions, inventory, order processing, and online retail operations.
- Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills for data management and bulk uploads; experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
- Communication: Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to support international business users.
- Working Style: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting SLAs and deadlines.
- Flexibility: Willingness to support flexible working hours, occasional weekend shifts, and product launches when required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), other eCommerce platforms, or basic SQL is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: VND 25-30 million/month.

Working Location
BiPlus Hanoi Office - Floors 3-6, 85 Tran Thai Tong Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Working Hours

- Work two Saturdays per month, according to the company's work schedule.
