Responsibilities
- Lead the frontend development team to deliver high-quality web-based and desktop applications.
- Define and implement the technical stack for front-end development projects.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are at the forefront of innovation.
- Manage and oversee the development of Web3 projects, ensuring integration with blockchain technologies.
Your Skills and Experience
Requirements
Must have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven 8+ years of experience, with 2+ years as a Principal/ Lead Front-end or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, [protected info]).
- Experience in building web-based and desktop applications.
- Ability to define and implement technical stacks for various projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience leading and mentoring backend development teams.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Good English communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites internationally.
Prefer to have
- Experience with AI, Blockchain, and machine learning technologies.
- Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of the industry and the target market in Digital Transformation, Information Management Systems, E-Commerce, and Finance technologies.
- Open-source contributions are a plus: Contributions to open-source projects demonstrate technical expertise and community involvement.
