You'll build features end-to-end - from the React UI, through the NestJS API, down to the PostgreSQL data model. We're building healthcare products from scratch.
The role
Work directly with the PO/
Business Analyst to clarify requirements and refine features
Responsible for pre-feature design docs (RFCs) and post-feature implementation reports for every major task
Build production features across frontend and backend: UI components, API endpoints, database queries, business logic
Write and maintain automated tests for your features
Participate in code review - both giving and receiving
The stack
Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
Backend: NestJS, TypeScript
Database: PostgreSQL
CI/CD: GitHub Actions, trunk-based development with release branches
Infra: Docker
Yêu cầu
Must have:
Fluent in English
From 3 - 6+ years building web applications
Strong React skills: component architecture, hooks, state management
Backend experience with [protected info]
Relational database experience: schema design, SQL, indexes, migrations (PostgreSQL preferred)
Comfortable working across frontend and backend
Strong plus:
Can propose UX/UI design from requirements, in collaboration with PO
AI-assisted development, especially the agentic command-line interface
Experience with NestJS
Experience with Refine, React Admin, or similar headless CRUD/admin frameworks
Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Healthcare, fintech, or any domain with strict data handling requirements
