Job summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing captivating visual content, crafting engaging written materials, and promoting our healthcare facility to both the international expat community and the local Vietnamese population. Your efforts will play a key role in expanding our customer base through strategic community engagement, influencer partnerships, and organizing or attending networking events.
Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, on-brand visual content, including graphics, social media posts, banners, brochures, and internal communications materials. Produce and edit promotional and informational videos for social media, the website, and internal use, ensuring all materials align with FMP brand guidelines.

Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage various social media platforms (e.g., website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with scheduled content calendars and timely responses. Write compelling copy for digital campaigns, newsletters, and blog posts. Monitor analytics to evaluate performance and optimize content strategies accordingly. Develop and implement promotional campaigns across multiple digital channels, including WhatsApp and Zalo, tailored to target audience segments.
• Brand Promotion & Outreach: Coordinate with influencers, media outlets, and brand ambassadors to expand outreach. Organize and attend community events, expos, and networking opportunities to promote the facility. Build and nurture relationships with local organizations, expat communities, influencers, and other relevant groups to enhance brand awareness and advocacy.
• Marketing Strategy & Coordination: Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns. Maintain and update marketing materials, presentations, and brand assets. Coordinate marketing efforts with other departments, including patient services and administration. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and campaigns, including working with vendors, managing logistics, and evaluating post-event success.
• Market Research & Trend Awareness: Conduct market surveys to gain insights into customer preferences, needs, and trends, and use this data to inform marketing strategies.Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
• Additional Tasks: Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team
Qualification:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing, media, or design role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design/editing tools, Strong video production and editing skills.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese, Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities and needs.
• Digital Marketing: Experience managing social media platforms and executing digital campaigns.
• Healthcare Interest: A genuine interest in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of the international expat community in Vietnam.
