Purpose of the Job:
Supporting the deployment and implementation of Solution Contract Design in Thailand, including collaborating with the CMOE team.
Apply quality assurance through stage-gate management, resulting in
− Risk mitigation and opportunity management in new contracts
− Process Transparency and consistency
− Predictability of costs and margins
− Challenge operations on ways of working
Main Duties & Activities:
1. Solution and Contract Design, Mobilization and Bid Support:
1.1 Leads the Support Operation activities for solution and contract design, mobilization and bid support processes within the region
1.2 Is responsible for mobilization and bid support of both existing and new services to be delivered to the segments
− Provides project management support on large and complex bids and mobilizations
− Coordinating subject matter expert/ supply chain and IT inputs when requested by segments and technical advice / insight for large sites, new services and complex deals
− Builds integrated services and cost proposals based on the contractual and service requirements
− Confirms scope of services and agreed cost to deliver based on the due diligence and benchmarking data
− Provides service line descriptions, operating frameworks and process overview for bid and mobilization
− Achieving the targets set out and agreed for the roll-out process.
− Ensuring that there are consistency and standardization as well as ensuring Sodexo's overall compliance with the agreed elements.
− Single interface at the regional level for the segments during the rollout of the end to end processes, systems and tools
− Escalates any issues and problems which cannot be resolved on a day-to-day basis and which may impact the achievement of a Critical Milestone
− Supervises the dedicated teams
2. Contract Management and Operational Excellence:
2.1 Leads Contract management processes
Level 1
− Implement contract analysis at site level
− Ensure Scope and Service level are delivered as described contractually
− Use benchmarking database to challenge our performance and identify key drivers for improvement
− Share Innovations & best practices catalog to identify opportunities
− Collect low hanging fruit
− Implement OE&CM tracker
Level 2
− Implement contract analysis at site level
− Ensure scope and service levels are delivered as described contractually
− Use benchmarking database to challenge our performance and identify key drivers for improvement
− Share Innovations & best practices catalog to identify opportunities
− Collect low hanging fruit
− Implement OE&CM tracker
3. Leads Operational Excellence processes
− Defines planning and organizes teams to roll out of CDM/ OE in the identified accounts
− Supports training and on-site deployment
− Defines objectives to be achieved in terms of agreed KPI's

Yêu cầu
− Minimum 5 years' experience in managing FM services , with a very good understanding of operational FM from a service provider perspective
− Minimum 3 years' experience in a team leadership role
− Experience in developing solutions for IFM service bid proposals
− Experience in developing policies, processes and procedures, and a good knowledge of industry best practises for FM services
− Strong interpersonal, communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with, and influence stakeholders at all levels
− Proficient in English and Vietnamese, with very good written and verbal communication skills
− Highly developed computer skills, including extensive experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
− Good presentation skills (experience in developing and/or delivering training programs will be highly regarded)
− Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to work autonomously whilst also as a part of a team to achieve the team goals
− Experience in process improvement, including mapping and analysing existing processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement and non-compliances.
− Able to travel throughout Vietnam including to remote sites, and occasionally abroad, often at short notice.
