We are seeking an exceptional and dynamic Modern Trade Manager from the FMCG industry to lead, manage, and expand our presence across Modern Trade channels (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Convenience Stores - CVS). In this role, you will be fully responsible for strategic business planning, sales optimization, and elevating our brand positioning within key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulate and execute short-term and long-term Modern Trade strategies for FMCG categories; take full ownership of sales targets (Volume & Value) and market share across major chains (WinMart, [protected info], Go! & BigC, Aeon, Lotte, etc.).
- Key Account Management: Direct commercial negotiations for Joint Business Plans (JBP), trading terms, annual contracts, promotional campaigns, and premium shelf-space visibility.

Trade Marketing & Digital Touchpoints:
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the Brand and Content Marketing teams to develop compelling messages and execute impactful point-of-sale activities (POSM, Activations) that align with digital campaigns to boost shopper engagement.
Apply an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) mindset to optimize digital visibility, partnering with the E-Commerce team to ensure our products maintain a top 1 search ranking on the digital applications and online shopping platforms of major Modern Trade partners.
- Financial & Budget Control: Manage and optimize the Modern Trade budget (Trade discounts, listing fees, rental fees, etc.) to ensure the highest Return on Investment (ROI).
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and supervise Key Account Supervisors and field forces (PG/PB) to ensure excellent execution at the store level.
- Market Intelligence & Analytics: Track and analyze sales data, inventory levels, market trends, and competitor movements to deliver actionable insights and proactive business adjustments.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of proven experience in a similar role (Key
Account Manager / Modern Trade Manager) within the FMCG industry (experience in food & beverage, personal care, or home care is highly preferred).
- Relationships: Strong network and direct working experience with Buyers from major supermarket chains (WinMart, [protected info], Go! & BigC, Bach Hoa Xanh, etc.).
Key Skills:
- Outstanding negotiation, commercial contract management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with a sharp data-driven and analytical mindset.
- A modern business perspective with an understanding of Content Marketing and digital visibility optimization (SEO) is a major advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- Attributes: Highly resilient under pressure, result-oriented, with strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
