Mô tả công việc
1. Site survey and claims handling:
- Guide clients, dealer, garages in claim handling procedures.
- Immediately conduct site inspection for damage to insured vehicles and others requests if any.
- Investigate the cause of the loss and determine the coverage (including proper exclusion, reduction).
- Check repair/ replacement quotation of garage to verify reasonable cost.
- Negotiate with the third parties for recovery cases.
- Discuss with manager in time and suggest solution for any matter which satisfy both side as well as ensure appropriate manner.
- Support claim admin in collecting necessary supporting document from garage/ insured.
- Make precise, accurate computation for the claim adjustment and reports to manager.
- Comply with the all the claims guidelines and company's policies, ensure no violation of conduct and ethic.
2. Data/system management, reporting and claim admins:
- Open, monitor and maintain adequate claim files.
- Claims data entry into company system.
- Provide data and information to internal/external bodies for making related reports.
- Assist Line Manager in handling claim administrative issues.
3. Other tasks as required by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Male;
• University graduated, preferably in Automobile Technology background;
• At least 03-year experience in Motor Claim or Insurance field;
• Fair English;
• Good at communication skill, presentation skill and customer service;
• Good at computer skills;
• Hard working and good sense of urgency.
