1. Drive assigned territory sales performance:
Monitor, analyze and drive wholesale, retail sales, revenue, market share and business target achievement of dealers within the assigned territory.
2. Coordinate dealer sales planning:
Coordinate with dealers to develop monthly/quarterly sales plans, track progress, analyze performance gaps and propose improvement actions.
3. Support sales forecasting and inventory management:
Collect market information, dealer sales capability and local demand to propose sales forecast, allocation, firm order and proper inventory management.
4. Market and competitor analysis:
Update market, competitor, pricing, promotion, customer trend and emerging issue information; prepare reports and recommend appropriate actions.
5. Implement sales and marketing programs at dealers:
Guide, monitor and check the execution of sales programs, promotions, display, POSM, events and support marketing activities at dealers in line with company direction.
6. Support and develop dealer sales capability:
Train, coach and evaluate dealer
sales staff on product knowledge, sales skills, customer consultation process, service standards and 3S standards.
7. Manage dealer operation quality:
Conduct regular dealer visits, check showroom condition, brand image, Suzuki/3S standard compliance, sales readiness and improvement areas.
8. Handle dealer requests and customer feedback:
Receive and coordinate dealer requests; follow up customer feedback from Customer Care and work with dealers/relevant functions to improve customer experience.
9. Support dealer network development:
Participate in evaluating new dealer candidates, reviewing business plans, location, investment capability, construction progress and opening/sales readiness
10. Reporting and internal coordination:
Prepare regular/ad-hoc reports on sales, market, inventory, dealer activities and emerging issues; coordinate with Marketing, Product Planning, Customer Care, Service and other relevant functions to support dealer business achievement.
