Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a Multimedia Designer to lead visual production and creative asset development for NYB.AI. This role is ideal for a designer with strong experience in technology, AI, SaaS, deep tech, biotech, or innovation-driven products, and the ability to translate complex product concepts into clear, modern, and high-quality visual materials.
The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, good creative judgment, and hands-on experience producing marketing, product, campaign, event, and sales enablement assets. This role also requires someone who is willing and skilled in using AI-powered design and productivity tools to improve creative quality, speed, ideation, and production efficiency.
Roles And Responsibilities
1. Visual design and brand execution
Develop high-quality visual assets for NYB AI products across digital, print, social, events, presentations, and product marketing materials.
Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across channels.
Support the development and refinement of Vecura's visual direction, including design systems, templates, visual language, layout styles, and campaign look-and-feel.
2. Marketing and campaign asset production
Design assets for performance marketing campaigns, landing pages, social media, email marketing, webinars, event materials, product launches, and ecosystem campaigns.
Create visuals for ads, banners, carousels, brochures, one-pagers, newsletters, reports, and campaign creatives.
Work closely with the Growth & Performance Marketing team to develop creative variations for testing and optimization.
3. Presentation, sales, and product materials
Design and improve pitch decks, product decks, sales decks, investor-facing materials, partner briefs, product one-pagers, case studies, and demo visuals.
Work with ecosystem, product,
business development, and scientific teams to turn technical content into structured, polished, and visually clear materials.
4. Multimedia and digital content production
Create multimedia assets such as short-form videos, simple motion graphics, product demo clips, webinar visuals, event recap materials, and animated explainers.
Edit and adapt visual content for different platforms and formats, including LinkedIn, website, email, webinar, event screens, and paid media.
Support the production of visual storytelling materials that explain Vecura's product value, ecosystem activities, and thought leadership content.
5. Creative asset management and workflow
Manage Vecura's visual asset library, including design files, templates, brand materials, icons, images, video assets, presentation materials, and campaign creatives.
Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, version control, and reusable design templates.
Ensure creative assets are easy for marketing, business development, ecosystem, product, and leadership teams to access and reuse.
Build and maintain design templates for recurring needs such as social posts, webinar materials, event decks, one-pagers, case studies, and campaign assets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, brand design, marketing design, multimedia design, or creative production.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in
digital marketing assets, brand visuals, campaign creatives, presentations, product materials, sales enablement assets, and multimedia content.
Prior experience working with technology products, AI products, SaaS platforms, software products, deep tech, biotech, life sciences, or innovation-driven companies is strongly preferred.
Hands-on skills with design and production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Able and willing to use AI-powered design and productivity tools effectively, such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Canva AI, Figma AI, or similar tools.
Experience creating visuals for LinkedIn, websites, landing pages, paid ads, webinars, events, pitch decks, sales materials, reports, and product marketing assets.
Good ability to understand complex technical topics and turn them into clear, polished, and accessible visual communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple formats, platforms, and channels.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple creative tasks, timelines, file systems, asset libraries, and stakeholder requests.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with marketing, product, business development, ecosystem, scientific, and leadership teams.
Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in AI, biotech, life sciences, pharma, deep tech, scientific software, or research platforms is a strong plus.
