1. PR &
Digital Marketing• Work with
Brand Manager and Marketing/Brand team to build local digital platforms (Facebook, websites, etc.), leveraging brand existing assets (Instagram, YouTube) to adapt for the market while maintaining the brand guidelines and global alignment across channels.
• Translate press releases, press kits, product information, and website information.
• Monitor competitors' PR/Digital activities, growth, and market trends on a monthly basis and have an action plan and proposal according to the market movement.
• Consolidate press/online clippings and monthly reports.
• Manage product seeding, product information, and press releases following the brand calendar to maximize brand exposure and awareness.
• Organize, plan, and execute retail events while working closely with counters/stores to ensure seamless operation and making sure all the brand guidelines/standards are followed through.
• Assist counters/stores in organizing counter activities, VIP events and instore experience.
• Support E-commerce team related to inventory, gifting, and livestreams.
2. Sale
• Support brand activities (e.g private sales, private events, agents and ad-hoc activities) which is aligned with line manager.
• Support analyze customer insight through on counter visit and give inputs to Brand Manager in designing dialogues for different customer groups.
• Support analyze sales reports.
3. Admin tasks:
Mainly in charge of the paper works:
• Contracts, proposals, payment requests, and any other requests/orders.
• Manage PR stocks and arrange PR stocks when in need.
• Support event setup, makeup/fashion show, private sales event, store opening, and other logistics tasks.
• Final-year student or recent graduate (under 1 YOE) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
• Good command of English, especially reading comprehension and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical thinking and information synthesis skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly responsible, especially with data and payment documents.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Proactive, dynamic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Perceptive with a keen interest in learning about trends in the cosmetics and creative industry.
• Enjoys a dynamic work environment that requires flexibility and high adaptability.
• Professional demeanor with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Open-minded and willing to contribute ideas for work improvement.
• Commitment to a full-time internship period. (at least 6 months)
