1. Strategy:
Participate in the development and implementation of the company's medium- and long-term growth strategies.
Propose market orientation strategies and identify potential customer development opportunities
2. Business Management:
Oversee all aspects within assigned responsibilities, including planning, resource allocation, and team management.
Lead and support the sales team, including team leaders and staff, to achieve revenue KPIs.
Establish professional, systematic, and efficient management processes and mechanisms.
Recruit, train, and enhance the competencies of the sales personnel.
Train key personnel and develop succession plans for future leadership.
3. Customer Relations:
Develop customer care programs and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients.
Resolve customer-related issues and support the achievement of business objectives.
Represent the company in working with stakeholders such as government agencies, regulatory bodies, and customers.
4. Coordination and Reporting:
Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure business efficiency.
Promote cross-functional coordination to enhance overall organizational performance.
Regularly report business results to the COO and Executive Board.
Evaluate business performance and recommend corrective measures to improve outcomes.
Periodically report work progress to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
