Mô tả công việc
In charge of surveying, setting up, testing and maintaining customer's IT Network Infrastructure (WAN/LAN/VPN/Wireless).
Manage/Operation Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Access Points and others devices in Customer side and Company (include: installation, upgrading, monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting).
Monitoring the status and quality of Customers network connections (and Company also), system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
Liaise with local Internet Service Provider/Carrier partners/Vendors to handle network problems for Company or Customers.
In charge of surveying, setting up, testing and maintaining customer's network connection.
Onsite support /co-troubleshooting at Customer site when needle.
Provide Technical support (365/24/7 on phone) for another Teams and Departments.
Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Participate in researching new technology trends, new solutions in IDC (as SDN, SD-WAN, Load Balancing, NFW, DDos...) or in Public Cloud (as AWS, Azure...)
Support Sales Division to consulting for customers about the company's services, also supporting the materials for IT Project biddings
Support IDC/NOC and Customer Service Team in operation daily works.

Yêu cầu
Experience:
More than 3 year experience in equivalent positions
Hard-working and willing to learn, self-study ability
Language:
Proficient in Spoken and Written English
Skill:
Ability with Network Security consulting, deployment, troubleshooting.
Have knowledge in Routers, Switches, Firewall, Load Balancing, Wireless system, VPN, (VoIP), Video Conference and others technology and able to do upgrading, configuration, troubleshooting.
Worked and experience with products of Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet (PaloAlto/Checkpoint), Citrix, Aerohive, Meraki is an advantage
Ability to solve problems in stressful situations
Strong attention to detail
Communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to sale, inexperienced users
Time management skills
Acknowledgments:
Have at least certificated CCNA, (or JNCIA)
Having certificates proffesional in Networking (CCNP, JNCIP), or Collaboration (CCNP Collab), or Security ... is an advantage.
