We're looking for an experienced Senior System & Network Engineer to lead infrastructure & network enhancements, support operations, and drive innovation across hybrid cloud and virtual environments. If you thrive on system stability, automation, and security - let's build what's next, together.
Working location: 2nd Floor, Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, HCMC
Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:50 PM, Monday to Friday
What You'll Own & Drive
Configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco and Mikrotik routers/switches, including policy-based routing.
Manage and secure core network services (DHCP, DNS, VPN, FTP) ensuring stability and high availability.
Monitor and optimize network performance using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
Provide end-user support for connectivity, access, and troubleshooting across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi environments.
Implement and enforce network security policies and compliance standards.
Support and maintain hardware infrastructure (switches, routers, servers) and coordinate with vendors when required.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and document configurations, incidents, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system resilience and user experience.
Yêu cầu
5+ years of experience in network engineering with hands-on expertise in Cisco and Mikrotik.
Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and network protocols.
Can support users running Linux environment for network access/diagnostic tasks.
Experience in a 24/7 IT service environment supporting end-users.
Familiarity with storage systems (SAN, NAS) and backup solutions.
Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Intermediate English communication skills (B1 level or higher).
· Nice to Have:
Experience with Zimbra on-premises email solutions.
Knowledge of Proxmox Virtual Environment.
Familiarity with TrueNAS/ZFS storage systems.
