Mô tả công việc
In charge of Product Planning, Sales Revenues & OPSI in the Region:
1. PRODUCT PLANNING
− Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements.
− Appraise new product ideas and/or packaging changes.
− Determine product pricing by obtaining market analysis & product positioning.
− Plan & execute new product launching strategies.
2. SALES REVENUE
− Be accountable for product sell-in targets.
− Drive sales & monitor profit to maximize sales revenue.
− Expand network & obtain product market share aligning with targets.
− Do short-term and long-term product sales forecasts & performance reports.
3. OPSI:
− Oversee and manage OPSI, logistics and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
− Conduct inventory forecast, inventory turnover tracking & performance analysis.
− All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
1. Education background:
− Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics or related major.
2. Working experience:
− At least 5 years of working experience in Product and Sales Management
− Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics product is preferred.
3. Skills:
− Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
− Excellent in Microsoft Office and data analysis skills.
− Strong communication and presentation skills .
− Product knowledge mastery.
− Advanced negotiation and industry benchmark knowledge.
− Profound understanding of sales policies and processes.
4. Others:
− Result-oriented
− Having business mindset
− Ability to work under high pressure
