Mô tả công việc
1. Objective
- As the New business Executive, you are an entrepreneur inside a large company. Alongside the New business Manager, you are the leader of all new business initiated inside Maison Retail management International company. You will strategize, create and launch new initiatives until they are ready to be taken over by the execution teams to scale.
2. Results measurement
- Results for this position are measured
- In incremental growth (Both top-line and bottom-line) generated by the new initiatives/businesses
- In quality of process and systems put in place to scale those initiatives
3. Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning
- Manage those initiatives as they were their own businesses
- Design strategies and execution plans
- Design processes, SOPs, set SLAs
- Monitor progress by tracking activity; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
Yêu cầu
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years' experience in business administration is a must. Experience in fashion Retail is a plus
- Proven track record in designing actionable management reports
- Exceptional communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Appetite for risk, reward, and competition
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to details

- Strong project management and organization skills
- Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison RMI
