Mô tả công việc
Duties performed to ensure products meet with company, customer and industry standards, and are delivered on time and within specification.
• Supervise production of ALL Vietrose samples, ensuring they met our high standards.
• Document the product creation procedure including accurate and detailed flow sheets and process maps
• Accurately record all changes to methodologies and recipes throughout the development process
• Continually work on your knowledge of international food trends, food safety standards and import regulations for each customer's country
• Conduct cooking validation trials and record information accordingly
• Develop effective relationships with Suppliers, work closely with their R&D and QA/QC teams. Liaise with suppliers, organise sample production and new product development trials
• Ensure the correct recipe guidelines and formulation controls for products are met during processing
• Assist with trials and first production runs of new product, support the Production and Technical Manager
Yêu cầu
1. Education and Experience
• Must have some verbal and good written English
• Seafood product / Seafood industry specific experience - minimum 3 years, must have experience with value added products
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
• Relevant diploma level qualification or equivalent relevant industry experience ideally in Science (Microbiology, Food Science) or Seafood R&D
• Working knowledge of WH&S, HACCP, GMP, Food Safety procedures and programs
• Highly developed interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, suppliers and customers
2. Key Competencies
• Proactive and independent, very self-motivated - work effectively with limited supervision
• Attention to detail and be very good at planning, organizing and time management
• Must have good communication skills - verbal and written, bilingual - English / Vietnamese. Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and colleagues from English and Vietnamese backgrounds
• Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment, effectively under pressure. Be flexible with availability - some weekend work and travel required
• Team - must be able to work in a team environment and have a positive attitude. Ability to build effective and positive working relationships with suppliers, colleagues and customers
• Passionate about food and love to cook. Must have a good understanding and knowledge about a wide variety of ingredients
