Mô tả công việc
Conduct factory walkthroughs to ensure compliance with EHS, ESG, safety, environment and sustainability standards; prepare weekly EHS reports.
Identify EHS/ESG risks with relevant teams; propose solutions and follow up corrective & preventive actions.
Implement and monitor EHS, ESG action plans and improvement initiatives.
Manage fire safety system, work permits, contractor safety and PPE compliance.
Conduct incident/accident investigation, root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
Monitor waste management, occupational & environmental monitoring, machine/equipment OSH inspections.
Organize EHS/ESG training and maintain EHS/ESG documents, master lists and data.
Prepare internal reports and statutory reports for authorities; support external audits.
Analyze EHS/ESG data, non-compliance trends and propose performance improvement plans.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, EHS or related disciplines.
At least 02 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company (preferably handbags, footwear or garment factories).
Strong knowledge and experience in Safety, Enviroment, Sustainanability Management system,
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills, proactive mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
Good command of English for daily communication, reporting and aud
it support.
