Handle incoming calls from the Call Center, provide product consultation, answer customer inquiries.
Receive and input all the orders (Rx/stock) from all required channels into ordering system.
Monitor delivery progress, coordinate with relevant department to ensure timely fulfillment and on-time delivery.
After-sale-service handling (complain, return, warranty) / Process credits management to avoid impacting customer payment
Process credits (returns, warranties) on time to avoid impacting customer accounts.
Prepare reports and collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Marketing on related programs and activities
Yêu cầu
Bachelor or College degree.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferable to have knowledge of refraction.
Prior relevant experience is a plus.
