Mô tả công việc
- Preparing documents & doing customs clearance for import and export shipments (sea & air). Submit ecusys via Vnaccs
- Solving the issues during the customs clearance process
- Follow and coordinate the trucking teams to arrange to pick up cargoes from shippers' site (export shipments), or deliver the cargoes to consignees' address (import shipments)
- Check and update the new customs regulations
- Maintaining good customer service relationship with customers to archive customer's satisfaction.
- Other tasks will be assigned by manager
Yêu cầu
- University/Colleges Graduation/ Major: Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economic, Marine...
- Experience request: Have more than 3 year experience with Customs Clearance .
- Teamwork spirit.
- Good command of English (Oral and written skill) and computer skills (MS office).
- Good customer service skill/Active & hard-working.
- Good health and work under high pressure
