Mô tả công việc
• Declare customs declarations of various types on ECUS VNACCS.
• Able to search for HS codes, import-export tax schedules, and classify goods according to the tariff coding system.
• Prepare and check import-export documents, and goods requiring specialized permits.
• Advise and instruct about the customs process, customs declaration of import and export cargo for customer
• Prepare and handle all import - export customs clearance duties
• Have a good relationship with customs to check customs procedure for company
• Connect with Documentation dept. and others for declaring customs for customers
• Co-ordinating with trucker to arrange delivery to client
• Take responsibility to solve if there is any problems relating to customs and report directly to GM.
• More details shall be discussed during the interview
Yêu cầu
• University/College graduation with major in Foreign Trade/ Economic/ Import - Export degree or relevant
• Use Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet,[protected info]
• At least 1 years' experience in Custom Clearance and making C/O
• Understand the legal regulations on customs declaration, import and export permits
• Good English competency in 4 skills
• Good command of spoken & written Chinese (Bonus)
