Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Hàng Air (Air Cargo Documentation Staff)

• Handle air freight operations for both export and import cargo.
• Receive and confirm bookings from vendors/customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Arrange bookings with carriers and airlines; issue AWB/HAWB,
• Send P/A to the agent, bill of lading to customer after goods are delivered to the warehouse.
• Prepare and process all related shipping documents: manifest, customs declaration, delivery orders, etc.
• Coordinate closely with airlines, customs, warehouses, trucking companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely cargo handling.
• Collect and dispatch shipping documents to appropriate parties as requested.
• Maintain and update sailing schedules and shipment milestones for tracking and customer updates.
• Contact with customers and global agents regarding booking, delivery orders, bills, debit/credit notes, and other related documents.
• Track and trace cargo and domestic trucking status to ensure timely delivery.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues throughout the shipping process.
• Handle billing, payment to vendors, costing, and document filing.
• Other task required by the superiors.
