- Accurately enter and manage reservations in the system.
- Provide customers with clear and updated information on room availability, pricing, promotions, and policies.
- Promote additional services such as upgrades, transportation, or dining to increase revenue (upselling).
- Monitor room inventory and coordinate with relevant departments (front office, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure availability.
- Send booking confirmations, invoices, and other relevant documents to customers.
- Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests promptly.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues related to reservations in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain updated and organized records of bookings and guest profiles.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on reservations and occupancy rates as required by management.
Yêu cầu
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with reservation and property management systems.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Good command of English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work under pressure and during peak seasons.
