The HR & PA Officer will play a dual role, managing human resources functions while providing personal assistance to management. This position ensures smooth HR operations, supports employee engagement, and delivers high-level administrative support to executives.
Human Resources (HR)
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality and accuracy
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems
- Support performance management processes and staff development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance staff skills
Personal Assistant (PA)
- Provide administrative support to manager, including diary management and scheduling
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of management
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive use
- Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters
Working Conditions
- Full-time position, office-based from Mon - Fri
- Reports directly to management

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR and/or executive support roles
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
