Handle incoming and dispatching goods including inspection, picking, packing, sorting, physical stock taking, labelling, reporting and other adhoc matters related to warehousing and distribution.
Arrange local deliveries with transporter to customers and sample deliveries.
To keep and maintain the storage area in the office clean, tidy and safe at all the time.
Physical Stock counts + Reconcile.
Provide inactive, expiring stock report.
Work with outsource warehouse for dispatching goods to customers.
Assist Team Head for disposal of non-conforming goods.
Printing, scanning and deliver shipping documents to Finance /
Sales Manager for authentication of the documents then deliver to the documents to customers for collection of payment.
Assist Customer Services to upload documents in customer's portal if it is required.
Create Goods Receipt, Delivery Note, Sales Invoice in ERP system.
Administrative work.
Yêu cầu
At least 1-year relevant experience.
English skills: Basis/A level. Understand the shipping documents from overseas or internal documents in English. - Preferred.
Good knowledge with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsible, well-organized, hardworking, careful, detail oriented.
