* Product Quality Inspection:
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of mechanical products at different production stages,including checking dimensions, accuracy, and surface finish.
- Ensure products meet technical standards and customer/investor requirements.
* Welding and Material Inspection:
- Perform welding quality inspections using non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), etc.
- Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
* Use of Measuring Tools:
- Utilize measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, CMM machines, and other devices to inspect the dimensions and accuracy of mechanical components.
* Documentation and Reporting:
- Record and report the results of quality inspections.
- Complete acceptance and handover documentation as per company and stakeholder requirements.
* Production Process Monitoring:
- Monitor and supervise product quality throughout the production process to ensure adherence to approved procedures and quality standards.
* Ensure Safety and Quality Standards:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during the inspection and production processes.
