• Thực hiện kiểm tra tất cả các sản phẩm (theo chuẩn R&D ban hành) trước khi nhập kho. Biết QC màu pha thì ưu tiên.
Conduct inspection of all products (according to R&D prohibition standards) before entering special warehouse.
• Đảm bảo tất cả các mẫu lưu được lưu trữ đủ & đúng trong phòng Lưu mẫu.
Ensure all samples are stored adequately and correctly in the color sample storage room.
• Điều tra sự cố sản phẩm lổi ở bộ phận sản xuất bằng cách khuấy lại mẫu nhỏ ở phòng lab(nếu cần).
Investigate product failures in the production department by re-stirring small samples in the lab (if necessary).
• Trong nhóm điều tra giải quyết khiếu nại khách hàng.
In the customer complaint investigation team.
• Cập nhật & kiểm tra lại sản phẩm sản xuất đại trà ở Việt Nam(sau 03 batch kiểm soát của RD) quá hạn sử dụng.
Update & re-check mass-produced products in Vietnam (after 03 batches of RD control) expired.
• Theo dõi và cho rework sản phẩm hết hạn sử dụng hoặc sản phẩm bị lỗi theo hướng dẩn cùa RD.
Monitor and rework expired products or color defective products according to RD instructions.
• Duy trì thực hiện 5S của phòng QC.
Maintain 5S implementation of QC department.
Yêu cầu
• Kinh nghiệm làm việc: Hiểu biết và có kinh nghiệm kiểm tra sản phẩm ngành hóa ít nhất 01 năm. Ưu tiên ứng viên: có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở công ty sơn hay mực in như
nhân viên QC.
Working experience: At least one year working experience in chemical industry. Preferred candidates: has experience working for paint of ink company as QC Technician.
• Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng (Word and Excel).
Good skill in Ms Office (Word & Excel).
• Cao Đẳng/Trung cấp chuyên ngành Hóa chất trở lên.
Graduated Chemical College or University.
• Có thể giao tiếp & đọc ngoại ngữ
Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Hoa.
Can communicate & write English or Chinese.
