Actively seek and develop potential clients (in a B2B model), build and maintain client relationships through various methods, and achieve company-set sales targets.
Deeply understand clients' business processes, pain points, and digitalization needs. Demonstrate the core features and advantages of the company's ERP products and submit solution proposals.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and needs analysis to business negotiation and contract signing.
Work closely with Pre-
sales Technical Consultants and the Implementation Team to ensure the technical feasibility of solutions and smooth project execution.
Collect and feedback market information and competitor dynamics to inform product improvement and market strategy.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or above (or equivalent).3 years of B2B software sales experience; experience selling enterprise applications like ERP or CRM is a strong plus.
Clear understanding and knowledge of the fundamental principles and core modules of ERP systems (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain).
Excellent communication, presentation, and business negotiation skills to effectively interact with senior-level decision-makers (e.g., CEO, CFO, CIO).
Applicants with fluent Chinese or English communication skills are preferred.
