Responsibilities:
Logistics Management:
Design and implement logistics strategies that optimize the flow of goods from suppliers to warehouse [from Vietnam to US, as door to door].
Manage the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
Develop contingency plans to handle logistics emergencies or delays while minimizing impact on business operations.
Utilize logistics IT systems to monitor logistics processes, inventory, and timely delivery of goods.
Partnership Management:
Manage and evaluate logistics service providers to ensure they meet UTY Corporation's standards for timeliness, cost-efficiency, and quality of service.
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with transportation and logistics providers.
Regularly review partnership performance to ensure continuous improvement in logistics services.
Serve as the primary contact for resolving issues related to logistics and transportation partners.
Support in Merchandising:
Assist the merchandising team with operational support by coordinating logistics aspects of the merchandising process.
Participate in negotiation sessions with suppliers on delivery terms and logistics costs.
Ensure that merchandising strategies include logistics considerations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated and efficient receipt of goods.
