Báo cáo / Reports to: Trưởng Nhóm Lưu trữ hồ sơ kỹ thuật - Technical Records Team Leader
* Tóm tắt vị trí / Job summary:
• To support the overall functions and activities of the Technical Records Section to comply with AOC requirements.
* Trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ / Responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Support data entry aircraft daily hours and cycles, all defects/rectification action taken, data entry daily fuel, oil, hydraulic burn/uplift.
• Support data entry all rotable component changes and tracking of aircraft fit lists. Support with Planning to record all checks carried out on the aircrafts.
• Support with Planning to define maintenance program of all component requirement. Support with Tech Services to record all Service Bulletins and Modifications carried out on aircraft.
• Maintaining the logbooks for airframe, engine, and APU as weekly interval.
• Support monthly reporting of aircraft/engine/APU utilization to Lessor/JPA Financial. Support all aircraft records are accurately recorded stored and maintained in accordance with JPA, CAAV and commercial requirements and that all component histories are maintained.
• Support the report, monitor & tracking of LLPs of Landing Gears.
• Support the report, monitor & tracking of Time limited components.
• Support the report, monitor and tracking all list components of Engine and APU
• Maintaining aircraft Technical logbooks and documentations as per requirements of aviation authority.
• Ensure all Part is receipted and all Original Tech-log are scanned and upload to Amos links and Library
• Participate end of lease activities, directed by End of Lease Project Manager
• Support records required by CMR, C of A renewal. Report to the Technical Records Team Leader. Comply with all Jetstar Pacific Policy and Procedures.
• Has responsibility for personal safety, security and health & wellbeing.
• Ensure all personnel fully and openly cooperate in safety/ security investigation without prejudice.
• Attend safety governance committee meetings as required.
• Other tasks as required by Technical Records Team Leader
* Quan hệ trong công việc / Business relationship:
• Internal Relationship: Technical Services Section, Technical Records Section, MCC, Planning Section, JPA AMO, Supply Division.
• External Relationship: IAE, Pratt & Whitney, Airbus, Engine MRO Shops, Aircraft MRO, Lessors, CAAV

* Kiến thức, kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm / Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Education level:
• College graduate: Aviation, Engineering, and Mechanics are preferred.
• Having understanding in the field of Aviation, airworthiness is preferred.
2. Specific requirements:
• Good computer skills for preparing reports etc.
• Experience in implementing change
