We are looking for a dedicated and fluent Merchandiser to join our team. You will be the strategic bridge between the customer's vision and our manufacturing capabilities. In this role, you aren't just managing orders; you are the professional voice of our company, navigating the complex journey of an order from the initial Purchase Order (PO) to the final shipment. JOB DESCRIPTION:
At MERAKI FW, our Merchandisers are the heart of our operations. You are the vital link that connects our customers' visions with our artisan production capabilities. We are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team, ensuring that every order is executed with precision, transparency, and timely delivery.
Order Coordination & Execution
Order Tracking: Monitor the entire lifecycle of production orders, from the initial sampling stage to final shipment, ensuring strict adherence to timelines.
Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing regular updates on production status and managing expectations.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Sourcing, Planning, and Production teams to ensure all materials and components are ready according to the production schedule.
Communication & Reporting
Status Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive order tracking reports, highlighting any potential delays or issues and proactively proposing solutions.
Technical Communication: Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable instructions for our internal manufacturing and technical teams.
Quality & Process Compliance
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all products meet the specific quality standards, packaging requirements, and ethical compliance requested by global brands.
Problem Solving: Swiftly address any production or logistics challenges to prevent shipping delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
