Make purchases: make orders, manage shipping...
Monitor order fulfillment progress.
Handle problems : goods do not arrive on time, loading, unloading, transportation... exploit alternative goods sources.
Carry out procedures for domestic and foreign purchases
Plan production, monitor and update with relevant departments.
Coordinate the documentation to complete import and export procedures.
Complete purchase documents, deliver goods, transfer to accounting department to monitor debt
Yêu cầu
At least university degree-minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position.
At least college degree-minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience working in a multinational manufacturing company is preferred.
Proficient in computers, ERP, databases, preferably with experience in using MACOLA.
Ability to analyze, solve problems, negotiate.
Good communication.
Good English.
Can work under pressure.
