KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., LTD is an aerospace company specialising in manufacturing aircraft components, spacecraft and related machinery.
Develop and maintain a strategic staffing plan to meet short- and long-term organizational goals.
Lead recruitment efforts for all company positions.
Collaborate with departments to create detailed job descriptions and define recruitment requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews, and manage follow-ups during onboarding and probation periods.
Strengthen employer branding through targeted marketing and communication strategies.
Design and implement succession planning to build a core talent pool and leadership pipeline.
Conduct training needs analysis to design and implement employee training and development programs.
Develop and execute training strategies; coordinate with relevant departments to organize and monitor technical training and on-the-job training (OJT) programs.
Establish and implement training effectiveness measurement systems; analyze learning-to-performance transfer and propose improvements to training programs.
Build and promote a learning culture by developing continuous learning models, internal knowledge-sharing practices, and encouraging self-development initiatives.
Support the development and implementation of total reward systems, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
Proficient in English.
3-5 years of relevant experience, with strong capabilities in recruitment, talent development, and training or learning and development.
Strong people development mindset with the ability to analyze training needs and design training content and programs.
High sense of responsibility, with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
