- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages: cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and soft drinks.
- Welcome guests at the bar and provide beverage recommendations.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of drinks according to standard recipes.
- Set up the bar before shift: stock ingredients, check glassware, garnish, ice, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area during and after shift.
- Handle payments and operate the POS system (if required).
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and practice responsible service.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food & beverage handling procedures.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and collaborate with service/kitchen teams.
- Refill stock, assist with inventory checks, and report low supplies.
- Create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
Yêu cầu
- At least 6 months - 1 year of experience as a
bartender is preferred (training can be provided).
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage trends.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, energetic, and team-oriented.
- English communication is a plus (especially in hospitality terms).
- Familiarity with bar equipment and basic POS operation.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Neat appearance and personal hygiene.
