Mô tả công việc
1. Translating documents from Vietnamese into English and vice versa.
2. Interpreting for expatriates to exchange work with employees / clients. And implementation the job required by the Management Board.
3. Responsible to implement and manage Work permit and resident approval for expatriates and Management Board.
4. To update the legal requirements to relevant departments based on announced regulations.
5. To manage, arrange the transportation and accommodation for Expatriate and Guest. Facilitate the procedures for requesting payment of costs incurred by the HRA Department, and the Expatriates upon request.
6. Enforce safety and housekeeping at the work area.
Yêu cầu
Required skills:
• Fluency in English Written and spoken.
• Excellent writing skills.
• The ability to translate accurately and adapt to different styles;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Research ability;
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality;
• Team collaboration.
Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience as a translator in English languages.
